With college applications submitted and the final year of school wrapping up, that I’m-done-with-school feeling can creep in a little too quickly.

Maybe you skip an assignment here, drop an after-school club there. That’s expected. After all, you worked hard for the last few years, and you may want to use your last few months of high school to enjoy time with your friends and family before going off to college. But don’t let your grades drop. Not only will colleges still consider your second-semester transcripts and have the power to revoke college acceptance, but you’re still learning and gaining skills during your second semester of senior year.
